Breakfast – Nil

Lunch – Peanut Butter thick toast, prawn mee and ice lemon tea

Dinner – Zinger Burger and a piece of chicken from KFC

Exercise – NIL

Amount of calories consumed : “Definitely more than my RMR, GOSH!”
